EROS & FOOD

"Eros & Food" is the eternal dilemma, the philosophy of human nature. Anthropologists divide small communities, between people eating processed meals, cooked on fire and people eating everything raw, for culture... underdone, how our 
chefs would say. Suggestions with the other meal, the physical one of eros, are intertwined in a dangerous comic game between two lovers comedian/cooks. The event will be consumed in sixty minutes, one hour, it is the time that our players will take to cook a dinner ... a dinner for six ladies. Six ladies will be chosen for two tables on stage, where the two players will fight until the last fork ... the most desired dish? Love of course.

The text is about love, seduction and infidelity. The re-conquest continues through one of the oldest arts: cooking.
Two lovers or men, like anyone else, for joke or for metaphor, seem to live in a round cast iron frying pan, cooking slowing words and desires.
Nina is the forbidden food, the delicate and spicy dish... the subject of their expectation.
The two actors ask the audience to sit at the table of life ... to taste their best dishes, prepared on stage for ... Nina, sophisticated arbiter of the same erotic disputes.
The victory will be doubled, on the dish where the favors of diners will fall, for the most desired banquet of ever, Eros.

Eros and food, the best subject of all our events and thoughts. Strange these men… fighting, struggling, even killing to possess and dominate something, but then, in times of eternal truth, as they cannot more lie neither to themselves, the reason why you decide to be still ”there" become clearer, and they are always the same: Eros and Food.
Indeed, the erotic desire is like the food for the cook. Eros does not come from a such exposure of naked bodies, but from the word evoking them. So, as the cook does not eat the meal he prepares, smells, looks, tastes, so, the “others” will have to “devour” the work. Yes ... eat or "devour"… let become the “Other” a part of yourself, phagocytizing it with the divine unconsciousness that as soon as hunger, appetite and desire will be satisfied, there will be nothing more. Until when? Until next meal ... of course. Nowadays the pursuit of pleasure is often condemned and does not conform to the principles of human daily activity. So, also when it is not condemned, it is treated like something that is much better not to talk about.
Life…What a joke! The two reasons why man is anxious and worries breathless ... ephemeral and fleeting, they consume, leaving just an emotion, as we would like our show did.
